Dr. Ollie Collier Jones is the CEO & President of Heart to Heart Family Support Center.

Dr. Jones is a clinical social worker by profession, with a Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work, Master's Degree in Public Administration, and a PhD in Social Work with a Specialty in Program Development and Policy Analysis. She is a trained Recovery Coach and has over 30 years in social services. Dr. Jones is a peer reviewer, team leader and commissioner for Council on Accreditation. She is also a licensed and ordained Pastor and has been licensed to minister since 1978. As a servie provide we have several years of experience working with offenders and their families.

Who we are

As a non-profit 501C3 organization, Heart to Heart Family Support Center has been in service since 2003 and continues to positively impact the lives of children and families in Summit County. We understand that the state of ones's behavioral and mental health, social history, substance abuse, criminal history and limited occupational skills are some of the fundamental building blocks to the clients we serve. We provide hands on services to persons with mental health challenges who has the desire to work and become more self suffcient in their community.

Our mission

The mission of Heart to Heart Family Support Center, Pathway to Reentry, is to empower offenders in our community to make positive life choices that enable them to maximize their potential, becoming crime free and self sufficient thereby giving back to the community.
