Heart to Heart Family Support Center is a Community Based Organization with a demonstrated capability of providing multiple services to meet the needs of those in our community of Summit County.

We provide supportive services that enhance the quality of life and result in long term consumer driven support for employment, education, medical care, housing and transportation.

Our Job Readiness Training Program is 6 weeks and consists of 32 hours of classroom instructions and 8 hours of computer lab.

We build career pathways, on the job training, apprentice programs with placement in "in demand" jobs.
